Amadeus LSS Administrator (Logon and Security Server)

We are seeking a motivated  person with a strong Amadeus GDS expertise for the position of Amadeus LSS Administrator (Logon and Security Server) to join our ICT team in Verona Villafranca.
Type of contract: permanent 

Responsibilities and main functions:
  • Setup and customizing aspects of Amadeus platform (Login and Office IDs creation and rule setup).
  • Handling of ACSP (Amadeus Customer Service Points): workorders, incidents, change requests and change proposal.
  • Focal point for all projects where an Amadeus function or interface is required.
  • Support for other Amadeus LSS Group functions.
  • Coordination of different departments when involved in shared projects.
  • Coordination with external providers or Airlines for Amadeus related projects.
  • Analysis of departments needs and implementation of Amadeus functions in order to optimize the internal user experience.
 
Technical qualifications and personal qualities:
  • High school diploma (Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Sciences will be considered a plus).
  • Strong familiarity with the Amadeus GDS.
  • Strong knowledge of processes related to the Customer Experience Journey.
  • Excellent knowledge of Italian and English both written and spoken; knowledge of German will be considered a plus.
  • Excellent personal organization and ability to work independently as well as within a multicultural team.
  • Good communicational skills and problem solving attitude.
