CRM Specialist - German proficient

We are looking for a CRM Specialist for a fixed-term contract at our premises in Verona:
 

Main Functions:

The main activities assigned will be:

  • Manage complaints, warnings, suggestions and compliments gathered from our passengers;
  • Solve problems about luggage problems with different softwares e.g. Worldtracer and HDA;
  • Handling passengers luggage claim and handling baggage tracing through worldtracer system;
  • Handling passengers claim coming from flight irregularities in accordance to Regulation (EC) 261/2004;
  • Maintain relations with suppliers and handlers.

 

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of English and German is mandatory;
  • Degree or equivalents;
  • Must possess critical thinking skills, analytical and problem solving abilities;
  • Applicants should be proficient in verbal and written communication and IT competent.
     

Additional / Advantageous skills:  

  • Experience in airline business;
  • Knowledge of a GDS.
