CRM Specialist - L&F Experience

We are looking for a CRM Specialist for a fixed-term contract at our premises in Verona:
 

Main Functions:

The main activities assigned will be:

  • Baggage tracing;
  • Solve problems about lost and damaged luggage through Worldtracer and give first assistance to passengers;
  • Handling Worldtracer statistics and prorate notice;
  • Manage baggage complaints gathered from our passengers;
  • Maintain relations with suppliers and handlers.

 

Requirements:

  • Working experience in a Lost and Found Office;
  • Degree or equivalents;
  • Knowledge of Worldtracer;
  • Must possess critical thinking skills, analytical and problem solving abilities;
  • Applicants should be proficient in verbal and written communication (Italian, English languages), IT competent.

 

Additional / Advantageous skills:  

  • Knowledge of German language.
