Main Functions:

• Analyzing and handling customer feedback
• Ensuring the customer service experience is consistent across customer touchpoints
• Assisting customers effectively by solving customer disputes
• Tactfully handles confrontational with the customer
• Completes data entry as required

• Applicants should be proficient in verbal and written communication (Italian and English languages)
• Fluency in German would be an advantage
• IT competent
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
