Digital Specialist

We are looking for a Digital Specialist to be based in Verona Villafranca.

Responsibilities and main functions:

Management, maintenance and technical reference of the booking engine functionality and the Company website.
Management and maintenance of the website compliance to the GDPR guidelines as indicated by the DPO.
Constant update of the Company website in coordination with internal departments.
Project Management of the migration project of the booking system currently in use and in the phase of decommissioning.
Autonomous coordination of activities with digital service providers.
Planning the development of new areas/services/products of the institutional website.
Planning and management of SEO activities.
Performance analysis of the Digital data through the company databases and Google Analytics.
Site management in case of crisis.

Technical qualifications and personal qualities:

High school diploma (Bachelor or Master Degree preferred);
Familiarity with the Amadeus GDS;
Familiarity with the digital technologies; web programming is not required but will be considered a plus;
Excellent knowledge of Italian and English both written and spoken; knowledge of German will be considered a plus;
Knowledge of marketing communication techniques and digital content creation;
Good knowledge of MS Office package, especially Excel and Power Point;
Analytical skills and imaginative ability;
Excellent personal organization and ability to work independently as well as within a multicultural team;
Available for international travel.
