Engineering Staff

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Engineering Office Employee to join our dynamic team in the aviation sector. This role involves providing specialized technical assistance, managing various engineering tasks within the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO), and contributing to the planning and development of significant engineering projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage and oversee engineering tasks within the Continuing Airworthiness Management Organization (CAMO), ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide specialized technical assistance and support to internal teams, ensuring the highest standards of engineering practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve aircraft safety, reliability and performance.
  • Analyze and interpret technical data related to aircraft systems, components, and performance metrics.
  • Develop and maintain detailed engineering documentation, including technical reports, compliance records and project plans.
  • Contribute to the planning, development, and execution of key engineering projects, ensuring they meet the company's strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of engineering policies, procedures, and best practices.

Requirements:
  • Degree in an Engineering-related field (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, etc.) preferred.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written communication in both Italian and English, with a strong command of aviation technical language.
  • Competence in using IT tools and software for engineering tasks.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Additional / Advantageous Skills:
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Proven track record of working within a CAMO or Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) organization.
  • Demonstrated experience and ability to work effectively with aircraft systems and to research system design data thoroughly.
  • Hands-on experience with EMB190 and/or A320 aircraft.
  • Familiarity with aviation regulations and compliance standards.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
