HR Talent & Projects

We're looking for an HR professional with HR experience to join our growing team. If you have project management skills, strong HR knowledge, fluent English, this role could be for you. You will have the possibility to effectively support the roll out of HR project and initiatives related to Talent acquisition, Engagement, Process improvement, Employees Development and other HR focus areas.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition -  Identifying Needs;  Sourcing unsing various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to identify potential candidates; Screening and Evaluation; Negotiation, Offer and onboarding process for new hires, including paperwork, orientation, and integration into the team.
Projects - Supporting the execution of Group HR projects and initiatives related to HR focus areas
Reporting - Tracking key recruitment metrics and providing reports on projects by preparing drafts, presentations, and analytics
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in HR for continuous improvement of processes and policies.
Finding opportunities to continuously improve existing processes and working with team members to update or re-engineer processes and policies

Essential Skills

Strong communication skills: essential for interacting with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
Knowledge of HR processes and recruitment strategies

Analytical skills

Initiative, good stress management
Excellent awareness of the importance of confidentiality
Fluent in italian and English
2 or more years of work experience on similar positions

QUALIFICATION: Degree in humanities and/or economics; a master’s degree in human resources will be considered a plus.
