Inflight Retail Product Specialist

Offered: permanent contract
Working hours: Full time from Monday to Friday
Workplace: Verona

We are looking for one Inflight Retail Product Specialist for a permanent contract at our premises in Verona.

The candidate will be part of the Inflight Product Team of the airline supporting the planning and monitoring of food &beverage services, with particular focus on the Inflight Retail activities.

Responsibilities and main functions:

•             Inflight Retail Program monitoring
•             1st level cabin crew APP assistance
•             Inflight Retail Data Analysis & reporting
•             Inflight Retail Stock managing
•             Inflight Retail backoffice (APP and Catering providers web portal)

Technical qualifications and personal qualities:

•             Excellent communication skills and team working
•             IT or Statistics Studies High School certificate, Bachelor Degree will be considered a plus
•             MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint)
•             Fluent in English, German knowledge will be considered a plus
•             Available for duty travels in Italy & Germany
