Air Dolomiti, part of Lufthansa Group, is looking for future Cabin Crew Members to join our team based in Florence.
Our crews welcome passengers on flights connecting Italy with Germany and other European destinations every day. If you are passionate about hospitality, enjoy working with people and are looking for a dynamic international environment, we'd like to meet you.

Open Day Dates:
10 September 2026 – Firenze (FI)
11 September 2026 –  Bologna (BO)
 

To participate, it is mandatory to submit an online application. Applications will be reviewed, and only candidates who meet all the requirements will be invited to attend the Open Day.


Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years old
  • Height between 160 cm and 185 cm
  • High School Diploma
  • Fluent Italian and English (German is a plus)
  • Valid passport
  • Good swimming skills
  • Clean criminal record
  • No visible tattoos or piercings while wearing the Cabin Crew uniform
  • Strong communication skills and customer-focused attitude

  • Colour copies of ID card, passport and health insurance card
Compensation Overview
A one-year fixed-term contract with the possibility of renewal as a permanent position.
The hiring is planned at the junior level, which lasts for 6 months. At the end of the semester, advancement to the next level is expected.
Fixed Compensation (the rounded amounts are gross and calculated on an annual basis)
Approximately €15,450 gross per year which includes: 
  • Base salary
  • Guaranteed flight allowance for 40 flight hours per month
  • Operational allowance paid in June
  • 13th-month salary paid in December
Additional variable compensation (if applicable):
  • Flight-hour allowance exceeding 40 h
  • Daily allowances
  • Stand-by allowance (when applicable)
  • MustGo and ground shuttle allowance
