|We are looking for a Personnel Administration & Payroll Specialist for a full-time contract at our premises in Verona:
The main activities assigned will be:
- Administrative management of personnel (hiring, extensions and terminations);
- UNILAV mandatory communications;
- Attendance monitoring and processing;
- Management of illnesses / injuries, maternity leaves and communications to authorities;
- Updating of management databases;
- Reporting and control of deadlines;
- Collaboration with the outsourcing company in the processing of the pay slip.
- Previous experience in personnel administration (wages and contributions);
- Good competence in the use of management softwares for personnel administration;
- Excellent familiarity with Microsoft Office;
- Advanced knowledge of English and Italian;
- Flexibility and aptitude for team work;
- Analytical and problem solving skills.
