Personnel Administration & Payroll Specialist

We are looking for a Personnel Administration & Payroll Specialist for a full-time contract at our premises in Verona:
 
Main Functions:

The main activities assigned will be:
  • Administrative management of personnel (hiring, extensions and terminations);
  • UNILAV mandatory communications;
  • Attendance monitoring and processing;
  • Management of illnesses / injuries, maternity leaves and communications to authorities;
  • Updating of management databases;
  • Reporting and control of deadlines;
  • Collaboration with the outsourcing company in the processing of the pay slip.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in personnel administration (wages and contributions);
  • Good competence in the use of management softwares for personnel administration;
  • Excellent familiarity with Microsoft Office;
  • Advanced knowledge of English and Italian;
  • Flexibility and aptitude for team work;
  • Analytical and problem solving skills.
