We are looking for a motivated person interested in embarking on a training path for the role of RSPP – Responsabile del Servizio Prevenzione e Protezione.
 

Role Description and Responsibilities
 

The position of the RSPP, formally established by Legislative Decree 626/1994 and later incorporated into the Testo Unico sulla Sicurezza sul Lavoro (Legislative Decree 81/2008), reports directly to the Company Management and is responsible for ensuring the management, coordination, and continuous improvement of the workplace risk prevention and protection system, in compliance with current legislation.


Main duties
 

  • Identifying risk factors within the work environment.
  • Assessing risks and collaborating in the drafting and updating of the Documento di Valutazione dei Rischi (DVR) together with the employer, the occupational doctor, and the workers’ safety representative (RLS).
  • Proposing appropriate preventive and protective measures.
  • Developing safety procedures and proposing training/information programs for employees.
  • Coordinating prevention and protection activities, including through audits and regular inspections.
  • Managing emergencies and supporting the company evacuation plan.
  • Participating in safety-related consultations.


Prerequisites and Skills
 

  • High school diploma or university degree (preferably in a technical/scientific field).
  • Excellent knowledge of the English language.
  • Completion of the legally required training courses for the position (Modules A, B, and C according to the  Accordo Stato-Regioni dated July 7, 2016, and Legislative Decree 81/2008).
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly and effectively convey safety information and procedures at all company levels.
  • Problem-solving abilities to identify quick and effective solutions in the face of risks or critical situations.
  • Ability to lead and motivate staff to comply with safety regulations, fostering a culture of prevention.
  • Stress management, even in emergency or high-pressure situations.
  • Ability to work in a team and collaborate with different professional figures, from the employer to employees and safety representatives.
  • Organizational skills for planning and coordinating training activities, inspections, and improvement initiatives.
  • Listening skills and empathy.
